Jacobs Ridge Hideaway is a cozy mountain retreat with two bedrooms, an open loft, and plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy the surrounding scenery. The main floor features a comfortable living room with a sofa, loveseat, TV, piano, and gas fireplace. The fireplace is available seasonally from October 1 through March 31. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a new multi-use air fryer. The dining area comfortably seats six. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and shares the top floor with the open loft, which includes a queen-size pull-out futon. The second bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed. The home has two full bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with no more than two guests using the loft futon. ---Outdoor Space The nearly wraparound porch offers several ways to enjoy the mountain setting. A covered section welcomes you at the front entrance, while the screened-in portion provides a comfortable place to dine and relax without worrying about bugs. This area includes a dining table and chairs, grill, and a relaxing swing. Newly added to Jacobs Ridge, the hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars, with string lights creating a cozy atmosphere for evening soaks. The fire pit area features new outdoor chairs and is another great spot to gather after a day exploring the mountains. ---Entertainment The lower-level game room offers a casual space for a little friendly competition, with a pool table, dart board, seating, and a combination foosball/game table with interchangeable games. There is also a table and chairs for additional games or activities. ---Amenities Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board, and the everyday kitchen essentials you'll need during your stay, including dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, and more. ---Good to Know Jacobs Ridge is located in the mountains, so the approach includes winding roads and elevation changes. 4WD or AWD is preferred but not required, and we recommend taking your time on the final roads and driveway. There are stairs required to enter the home from each exterior entrance, as well as stairs between levels inside. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Jacobs Ridge Hideaway is a pet-free property.
